Claudia Trease Treatment Coordinator Claudia has been with Holladay Orthodontics and in the orthodontic field for 11 years. She is the proud mom of a beautiful little girl, Aspen Hope, and a very active young man, Wyatt J., who are both in elementary school. She and her husband Brandon have a black Lab, a husky and a short-haired cat, in addition to two outdoor ponds full of goldfish! Her entire family is addicted to racing. Wyatt races dirt bikes, and Claudia is his biggest fan. Her husband is a mechanic, so he keeps Wyatt running in tip-top shape every race. They also spend their Sundays watching NASCAR.
Megan Sadowski Front Office Manager Megan has spent seven years in the orthodontic field and all seven with Holladay Orthodontics! She is OSHA and CPR certified. In her spare time, Megan stays fit by teaching aerobics and running. She and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors and playing golf.
KrisAnne Earnshaw Front Desk Assistant KrisAnne has been in the orthodontic field and with Holladay Orthodontics for four years. She has been married to Trent for 15 years and they have three amazing boys, Travis, Taylor and Kody.
Elise Post Chairside Assistant Elise has also spent all five years in the orthodontic field with Dr. Broadwater. She has been married for just over one year and loves every minute of it! Away from the office, she enjoys waterskiing and snowboarding. She also enjoys making crafts and going shopping.
Candice Earnshaw Chairside Assistant Candice has been in orthodontics for one year and working with Dr. Broadwater for two years. She comes from a large family (two brothers and five sisters), with whom she is very close. She also loves being an aunt to her 18 (soon to be 20!) nieces and nephews. In her spare time, she enjoys all sports, motorcycles, skydiving, scrapbooking and anything dealing with the outdoors.
Jessica Evans Assistant Jessica has been an assistant here for five months and is studying psychology and Spanish at the university. The oldest of five children, Jessica loves to play with her dogs, Sadie and Dexter. Her hobbies include theater, singing and yoga.
Andrea Cooper Assistant Andrea has been in the orthodontic field for one year and with Dr. Broadwater’s team for one year. Andrea is the youngest of 7 kids and will be getting married soon!  During her free time, Andrea loves to sing, play all sports, run, play the piano and spend time with her future husband and family.
Chanie Trease Orthodontic Assistant A graduate of Carbon High, Chanie has been with Holladay Orthodontics as an orthodontic assistant for the past year. She and her husband, Jarrod, have three children, Ashton, Dixie and Jaycee. She loves spending time with her family, camping and being outdoors. She also enjoys quilting and working on crafts in her spare time.

Heather Stilson Front Office Manager Heather has been in the orthodontic field for 17 years and has spent the last 9 years with Dr. Broadwater. She is CPR and X-ray certified. Heather also attends yearly continuing education courses. She and her husband, Scott, have three sons, Kameron, Kyler, Kyson and one daughter, Kara. In her spare time she enjoys camping, reading, shopping, crafts and being a mom.
Lindsey Leo Assistant Front office Lindsey has been working at Castle Valley Orthodontics for 2 years. Lindsey is married to Dallas and she enjoys being with family and going camping.
Kathleen Rushnow Treatment Coordinator Kathleen has been working with Dr. Broadwater for the last 15 years. She is our X-ray certified treatment coordinator. She and her husband, Tom, have four children, Staci, Matthew, Kellie and Janelle. In her leisure time, she enjoys bowling, fishing, playing bunco and 4-wheeling.
Donie Hackey Orthodontic Assistant Donie has been working at Castle Valley Orthodontics for 4 years now. She and her husband, Shane, have two children, Tanner and Shainey. She has two miniature dachshunds. She enjoys camping, bowling, riding 4-wheelers and reading.
Dusty Olsen Orthodontic Assistant Dusty has been with us for 4 years. She has been married for 2 years and is expecting her first child. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. When she is not working for Dr. Broadwater, she works for Carbon County Ambulance.
Nicole Bennett Orthodontic Assistant Nicole has been working with Dr. Broadwater for the past 2 years. She and her husband, Brett, have two beautiful children, Braxton and Blayr. In their spare time they enjoy vacationing at Disney World.
Whitney Montoya Orthodontic Assistant/em> Whitney has worked at Castle Valley Orthodontics for 3 years. She is currently attending CEU to become a Registered Nurse. She loves to work with animals, and has two English Mastiffs at home.
Tawnya Metelko Sterilization Technician Tawnya has been with Castle Valley Orthodontics for 2 years. She attended Eastern Utah School of Dental Assisting. She has one child, Dallas. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, reading, baking and spending time with her son.
